![]() I downloaded a copy to my wife's MacBook, brought my data file over and it all worked perfectly. This is a TurboTax problem that should be fixed. I believe it is clear that there is a corrupted file that remains on my Mac even when the software is deleted. ![]() The final conclusion."it must be a problem with your computer" (a two year old MacBook Pro with latest software, that works flawlessly with every other application). ![]() We tried deleting and re installing four times including a "new" copy that was sent to me. I spent almost 5 hours on the phone with two different TT representatives. When trying to re open it pops up for a split second and immediately crashes. Mac Home Business 2021 crashed while inputing.
